Be where your feet are.
So much of life we spend somewhere else. At work, we're thinking of home. At home, we're answering work messages. On holiday, we're scrolling other people's holidays.
The only place life actually happens is right here — where your feet are.
Being present isn't a big spiritual achievement. It's small: tasting your food, listening to the whole sentence, noticing the light on the grass. Doing one thing at a time.
The past has had its turn. The future isn't here yet. This moment is the only one that needs you.
