Failure

Failure is a teacher, not a judge.

When we fail, we tend to hear a verdict: You're not good enough. You'll never make it.

But failure isn't a judge. It's a teacher. It shows us what didn't work, where we were weak, what we need to learn next.

Teachers can be tough. Their lessons can sting. But they're on our side, trying to help us grow.

The next time you fail, ask: "What are you trying to teach me?" Then take notes.
