Some prayers are just a sigh.
We imagine prayer needs the right words. Something eloquent, structured, holy-sounding.
But some of the truest prayers are just a sigh. A deep breath in the car before going in. A tired "please" at 2 a.m. Tears you can't explain.
Many traditions teach that God hears the heart, not the grammar.
If you don't have words right now, that's okay. Sit. Breathe. Let your sigh be the prayer.
