A wrong turn still taught you the road.

You made a decision. It turned out wrong. And now you're stuck with the consequences and a head full of should-haves.

First: that's normal. Everyone has taken the wrong road at some point, usually with total confidence.

Second: look at what you know now that you didn't know before. The wrong turn showed you the terrain — where the ground is soft, which signs mislead, what your gut was trying to tell you. That knowledge is yours to keep.

Turning back isn't losing. Rejoining the right path with better eyes is its own kind of arrival. Accept it, learn from it, and walk on.
