Asking for help is strength wearing humble clothes.
Many of us were raised to handle things ourselves. Don't burden anyone. Be strong. Figure it out.
So we struggle alone, too proud to ask.
But asking for help isn't weakness. It takes courage to say, "I can't do this by myself." It builds connection. It gives others the chance to love us.
Strength sometimes looks like a humble request over the garden fence.
