It didn't work. You still grew.
It didn't work. The business, the relationship, the exam, the plan you told everyone about. And now there's that heavy feeling of having to explain.
But look closely at the cracked pot. Something is growing out of the break.
Failure takes things from us — time, money, pride. It also leaves things behind that nothing else can give: knowing what you'd do differently, knowing you survived it, knowing you're braver than the version of you who never tried.
You're allowed to grieve what didn't work. You're also allowed to notice who you've become because of it. Both are true. The plan failed. You didn't.
