Letting go

Care deeply. Just not about everything.

We've all felt it โ€” being ignored, overlooked, not cared for back. And the questions start: What did I do wrong? Do they even like me? Should I care?

Here's what helps me: caring is not unlimited. You have only so much of it, and it's precious. Not every slight deserves a place in your basket.

Care deeply about the people who show up. Care about your health, your peace, the few things that truly matter. And let the rest fall gently to the grass.

Choosing what not to carry isn't coldness. It's how you keep enough warmth for what's worth it.
