Love that has to be begged for isn't love yet.

If you have to keep asking to be treated kindly, to be prioritised, to be remembered — something is off.

Real love doesn't need to be pulled out of someone like a confession. It shows up on its own. It texts first sometimes. It notices.

That doesn't mean relationships never need hard conversations. They do. But there's a difference between asking and begging. Asking says: this matters to me. Begging says: please see that I exist.
